NOTE ON PRIVACY

In accordance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (30 June 2003)

Purpose and modality of data processing

Data transmitted will be maintained and treated with the security guarantees as set out by the above mentioned decree. Winterreise Sagl, whose head office is in Viale Verbano 7, 6602 Muralto Switzerland, will use the data for the following purposes:
• To send catalogs and pricelists
• Marketing and advertising
• To send information and promotions
• Personal data may also be communicated to other hotels and tourist companies affiliated to Tivigest for the same purposes.

The processing of personal data may be performed manually or with computers and registered either on computer or paper supports, according to the regulations and the security law in force.
The data will not be given in any form or for any purpose to third parties without the client's prior explicit approval.
The data will be maintained only for said purposes and for no longer than is necessary (not more than 5 years).

Nature of data communication

The transmission of personal data is not compulsory; however they are necessary to supply the above service.

Rights of the Data Subject

A data subject shall have the right in any moment (as per Section 7 of the afore mentioned decree) to obtain:

updating, rectification, integration, confirmation or erasure of the data by sending an email to the following address space@tivigest.com or sending a fax to +39 049 8033785.
